Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days, although many orders are shipped sooner.

We ship all orders through trusted third-party carriers. Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, responsibility for delivery, transit times, and handling rests with the carrier.

Our products are handcrafted in small batches and may be sensitive to temperature and weather conditions. While we package each order carefully for the season, we cannot control environmental conditions such as extreme heat or freezing during transit. Botanically Curious is not responsible for delays or changes in product quality resulting from weather or carrier handling once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at paulakersch@botanicallycurious.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if you experience another shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to assist with carrier claims whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, we are happy to provide store credit toward a different product. This courtesy is limited to two qualifying purchases per customer within a 12-month period.

In the rare event of an unknown allergy or sensitivity that prevents you from using one of our herbal products, please contact us at paulakersch@botanicallycurious.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to provide store credit toward an alternative product.
