Services & Workshops Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can best serve all of our clients and guests, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking.

Events & Services: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled event or appointment are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Missed Events & Appointments: If you miss your scheduled event or appointment, Botanically Curious may, at our sole discretion, offer the opportunity to reschedule. While we will do our best to accommodate you, rescheduling is not guaranteed, and Botanically Curious is not responsible for providing a replacement session for missed appointments or events canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Group Bookings (5 or More Guests): Due to the additional planning required for larger groups, bookings for five or more guests must be canceled at least 36 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable.
