ABOUT BOTANICALLY CURIOUS

Botanically Curious offers boutique herbal experiences for anyone looking to explore the world of plant medicine. Our efforts are focused on educating the public about herbalism, building confidence in foraging wild food and creating affordable whole health practices that close the socio-economic gaps in our society.

You can find the owner of Botanically Curious formulating herbal blends and tending to her gardens in a small coastal town of Southern Maine. Formulating through modern and ancient herbal practices to bring customers the very best in holistic health and wellness.

Wildcrafting is the act of finding and gathering wild-native plants for herbal remedies; Botanically Curious products incorporate wildcrafted herbs as part of the crafting process. Only 10% of plants are harvested in the wild, even for plants that are abundant, this leaves plants behind to reproduce and meet the needs of local wildlife. Foraging ensures ethically sourced and sustainable practices with herbal product's that are diverse in nutrients.

Paula Kersch, owner and head herbalist at Botanically Curious is dedicated to connecting with the local community through collaboration and community service. Attend a class taught by Paula or one of the many wonderful community partners who bring their expertise to the table!
