From handcrafted herbal blends to wellness mocktails and bespoke creations, everything we offer is rooted in educating and inspiring our community through bioregional herbalism.

Paula Kersch is an herbalist, educator, and guide rooted in bioregional plant medicine, nervous system support, and intentional healing practices. As the founder of Botanically Curious in Portland, Maine, her work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves through herbalism, ritual, community, and grounded self-inquiry.
Her background includes herbalism, ACEs-informed education, active listening practices, and trauma-aware support techniques that center safety, autonomy, and emotional presence. Paula’s approach blends practical plant knowledge with a deep respect for personal pacing, and the realities of being human through periods of grief, burnout, identity shifts, and rebuilding.
Alongside herbal education, Paula offers sacred 1:1 guided mushroom support rooted and post-journey integration. Her work is not centered around escapism or “quick fixes,” but around creating supportive space for reflection, clarity, emotional processing, and reconnection to self.
